- Producer- Alois Lageder
- Enticing aromas of lychee, rose petals, and ginger. Intense notes of tropical fruits add freshness and body to the palate. The luscious texture is balanced by vibrant acidity, savoury notes, and a long, spicy finish.
The grapes were gently pressed, and fermentation, part of which was a whole bunch,
took place using natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromatics. The
wine spent around 9 months on the lees in a combination of stainless steel and large
oak casks.
