- Producer- Alois Lageder
- Aromas of red cherry, wild raspberry, and hints of spice. The palate is elegant with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and savoury complexity. Flavours of red berries and spice linger on the long finish.
Grapes are hand-harvested and gently destemmed. Fermentation occurs
spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Gentle extraction is
employed to preserve delicate aromas. The wine is matured for around 18 months in a
mix of small and large oak casks, enhancing complexity and texture without
overpowering the fruit. Minimal filtration preserves the wine's natural character.
