- The wine is straw yellow with a green tint. It is fruit-forward, with notes of apple, peach, and citrus. The palate is crisp and vibrant, with a fresh, mouth-watering finish.
The Grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled
temperatures. This preserves the delicate fruit aromas and enhances the wine's natural
freshness. Minimal intervention is practised, allowing the terroir to express itself fully. The
wine is aged on its lees for at least 4 months before bottling, adding complexity
and texture.
