Light-bodied and fresh German style.
The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at carefully monitored cool temperatures to retain the refreshing, fruity character with a good balance of acidity.
Showing wonderful typicity from the Nahe region, this young, dry and streamlined white shows lovely balance, with peachy fruit and floral spice enveloping just a hint of refreshing spritz on the palate.

Winery | The Nahe region is one of the smaller German wine regions, named after the Nahe River, which joins the Rhein at Bingen. Nahe's legal status only came under the 1971 German wine law. Dramatic topography, steep slopes, and craggy outcrops of metamorphic rock characterize the viticultural area. The region boasts a wide variety of soil types, which allows it to offer delicate complexity. The undulating topography here creates varied microclimates; the vineyards near the Nahe River benefit from its temperature-regulating influence, which helps prevent frost. The climate is characterized by low rainfall, ample sunshine hours, and mild to cool temperatures. |
