Winery | The vineyards are located in the hilly area of the estate, with a low to moderate incline. The soils vary according to different types of sediments, from the clay sands of the marine Pliocene, deep soils with abundant and calcareous stones, to the grey-blue clays, which are moderately deep mineral soils that tend to retain humidity. Vines are spur cordon and Banfi Albarello (Gobelet) trained with a density of 2400 – 5500 vines/h,a yielding 65 q/ha. |
