- A wine with pale pink hues with delicate violet overtones. Pronounced cherry notes blend elegantly with hints of small red fruits typical of Sangiovese. In the mouth, the Merlot expresses itself with volume and smoothness. It has a great balance and a long, savoury finish.
Separate fermentation of Merlot and Sangiovese at controlled temperatures (13°C16°C) in stainless steel tanks with a minimum of 2 months on lees.
