- Red colour with mauve highlights. Delicate spicy notes of cocoa, tobacco and liquorice accompany fresh, sweet and fruity blackberry and ripe cherry aromas. It is an elegant, balanced wine with a complete, round structure balanced by extraordinary softness and enveloping, with a long lingering finish.
Fermentation in temperature-controlled (25-30°C) stainless steel tanks followed by 8 months ageing in 350 l. French oak barrels (30% new).
