- Deep, elegant red with some intensity. Hints of vanilla, coffee and tobacco accompany sweet notes of plum and blackberry jam on the nose. Robust and soft structure, characterized by sweet and elegant tannins. Long and persistent finish.
Each variety is fermented separately in temperature-controlled (24-28°C) Horizon hybrid French oak and stainless-steel tanks, followed by 18 months of ageing in French 350l. Oak barrels (20% new, 80% 5 years old maximum).

| Winery | The vineyard’s soil is composed of various types, from sandy clay sediments with abundant pebbles and well-draining to calcareous clay soils that tend to retain humidity. The vineyards are mainly located in Montalcino, famous for their microclimate and soils—trained on spur cordon and Banfi Alberello (Gobelet) bush vine system. The planting density is 4,200 vines/ha, yielding 70 q/ha. |
