2019’s growing season started later than usual for us at Blue Rock. A cool spring and growing season allowed a longer hang time. The wine has a pristine dark red and deep purple tint. The aromas also celebrate Cabernet's dark side, featuring ripe black plum, black currant and black cherry heightened by an intriguing note of graphite and subtle touches of black pepper and vanilla. All these elements come to a beautiful crescendo on the palate in perfect harmony and balance, with fine tannins, lovely acidity and a dash of warm baking spices on the long and satisfying finish.
