After a five-day cold maceration, the must was fermented for seven days at 28C and then spent 25-30 days on skins. Malolactic fermentation was 100% natural, and the wine was aged for sixteen months in new French oak barrels.
This distinctive blend over complex fruit aromas, such as blackberries and raspberries, combines notes of exotic spice, mint, and floral tones. The palate shows great structure and sleekness, with multiple layers of flavour resolving on the long, poised finish.

Winery | Bodega Norton has five vineyards spread over the main terroirs of the province of Mendoza in the foothills of the Andes Mountains, all within a privileged zone known as the First Zone for the quality of its grapes. Geographic location influences the quality of our wines, as does the age of our vines. Their average age is 30, but many hectares are planted with 80-year-old vines. |
