- An easy-drinking style of Chianti characterized by spicy notes, wild berry fruits, and delicate nuances of vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and warm with beautiful balance and concentrated cherry fruits and excellent persistence on the finish.
The best grape bunches were vinified immediately in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Daily pumping over took place, in conjunction with rack and returns of the wine, to obtain the desired level of flavour, colour, and structure extraction. Malolactic conversion occurred spontaneously after the alcoholic fermentation. The wine was matured in large oak barrels, adding complexity to the resulting wine.
An easy-drinking style of Chianti with intense aromas of cherry and a delicate hint of violet. On the palate, it is warm, dry, and balanced with concentrated cherry fruits enhanced by coffee notes on the finish. Cantina Bonacchi has been making fine Tuscan wines for three generations. The wines are produced from 40 hectares in the Chianti Montalbano area and 10 hectares between Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino. They also own 20 hectares in the Chianti Classico area. Modern technology and family expertise enable Bonacchi to offer excellent products from their four estates in Tuscany.

Modern technology and family expertise enable Bonacchi to offer excellent products from its four estates in Tuscany. The Sangiovese grapes are grown in a limited area in the provinces of Florence and Siena. The vines are spur-cordon trained and are grown in marl and limestone soils. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness using traditional methods and modern automated machinery to ensure the optimum freshness of the berries. |
