- A crisp and sophisticated blend exhibiting notes of ripe, golden apple followed by tropical nuances of fresh pineapple. It is pleasantly dry, showcasing excellent balance and culminating in a revitalizing mineral finish.
The hand-picked grapes were carefully selected, and each variety was vinified separately. The fruit was macerated for 12 hours to extract aromatics and flavours. The must was clarified through cold static decantation before being fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for at least three months to showcase the terroir.
This is a crisp, elegant blend with notes of ripe, golden apple leading to tropical hints of fresh pineapple. It is dry, with a lovely balance and a refreshing mineral note on the finish.

Winery | The grapes come from a single vineyard, 'Ciafone', located in the Piceno area of the Falerio DOC, in the south of the Marche region. The vineyard is situated at an elevation of 200 to 300 metres above sea level, where sea breezes from the Adriatic Sea gently influence it. A Mediterranean climate is found throughout the region, with an average annual rainfall of 800 millimetres falls mainly during the winter months, building soil water reserves to nourish the vines throughout the typically hot and dry summers. The rich clay content in the soil also helps to retain soil moisture. The vines are planted at a density of 4,500 per hectare and are trained using the simple curtain method. The vineyards are cultivated following organic principles; herbicides and pesticides are not used, and the grapes are manually harvested when they have reached optimal ripeness. |
