- This modern Tuscan-style wine is elegant and complex. Robust spices and violets complement its pronounced aromas of ripe berries. It boasts a smooth and juicy palate with exceptional depth, showcasing ripe fruit and rich, savoury notes on the finish.
The fruit was harvested at optimum maturity levels. After careful sorting, the grapes were fermented in temperature-controlled tanks for five to eight days. The Sangiovese was aged in large oak barrels of 25 to 50 hectolitres, and the Cabernet Sauvignon was matured in French oak barriques for six months.
This is a modern Tuscan-style wine. It is graceful and complex, with aromas of ripe berry fruits complemented by spice and violets. It has a smooth and juicy palate with great depth, ripe fruit, and warm, savoury notes on the finish.

| Winery | The vines are cultivated in the Ripa delle Mandorle vineyard, located 255 to 265 meters above sea level. The soil primarily consists of marl, with a significant clay content of around 30%. The vines are planted at a density of 5,600 per hectare and are pruned using the single Guyot method, resulting in yields of approximately 60 hectoliters per hectare. |
