- This wine is brimming with luscious red berries, complemented by inviting warm and savory notes that capture the essence of the Southern Rhone. It offers a smooth and approachable drinking experience with a supple structure, gentle tannins, and a delightful fruity finish.
The grapes were destemmed and fermented in concrete vats for six to eight days at controlled temperatures of between 27 and 32°C. Regular pumping aerated the wine, imparting structure. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was aged for six months in vats, resulting in a fruit-driven wine.
Full of juicy red-berried fruit interwoven with appealing warm and savoury flavours from the Southern Rhone. It is a smooth and easy drink with a supple structure, light tannins and a fruity finish.

Winery | Sourced from various vineyards in the Cotes du Rhone appellation, the wine reflects its origins through the terroir in which the grapes are grown. The pebbly soils produce wines of strength and whole body; the warm sandy soils deliver opulence and spice; the chalky sandstone soils offer structure to the palate; and the clayey siliceous soils impart richness. |
