For once, our Brut cuvee is a blend of three grape varieties, each from a specific terroir. Our Chardonnay flourishes on the Sezannais hillsides. This terroir ensures that it ripens well, producing more complex wines than those from the northern regions of Champagne. The Meunier grapes come from Vitryat, a tiny 480-hectare terroir that accounts for just 1.5% of the Champagne appellation. Finally, Pinot Noir comes from the Marne valley, which is crossed by… the Marne, which has carved out a superb valley.
