While Prosecco continues to gain widespread attention, it is important to acknowledge the diverse range of sparkling wine styles offered by Italy. These span from Viticoltori Acquesi's light, aromatic rosé to Rotari's savoury traditional-method pair. Of particular note is Franciacorta, recognized as Italy’s paramount sparkling wine region. We take pride in presenting the wines of Ca’ del Bosco, the flagship winery of this region, as well as those from the esteemed Antinori family’s estate. Our extensive range of Italian Sparkling Wine includes the ever-popular Prosecco wines and a breadth of extraordinary styles. The popularity of Prosecco is proof positive of this new relationship we have with sparkling wine, but it needn't stop there. With high-quality Cava providing world-beating value, Franciacorta staking Italy's claim to exceptional quality
Guido Berlucchi
The Berlucchi family winery was founded in 1955 by Guido Berlucchi, Franco Ziliani and Giorgio Lanciani. Together, they transformed Franciacorta into one of Italy’s most prestigious regions for producing sparkling wine. Franciacorta’s renaissance began with Guido Berlucchi’s creation of the first Classic Method wine in 1961. With a pioneering spirit, Berlucchi introduced and promoted expertise not existing in Franciacorta until that point, inspiring many other passionate, forward-thinking producers to follow suit. Together, they transformed this region into the crown jewel of Italian winemaking. From their estate in Borgonato, Guido Berlucchi follows a philosophy of high-quality viticulture that is environmentally sustainable. After nearly 60 successful years at the company's helm, Franco Ziliani passed his expertise onto the next generation, his children Cristina, Arturo and Paolo. In 2022, Guido Berlucchi was awarded the prestigious ‘Winery of the Year’ by Gambero Rosso.
Prapian Estate
The Prapian Estate is located in the heart of the Treviso hills in the foothills of the Dolomites between Nervesa Della Battaglia and Fonte in the Veneto region of North East Italy. The estate covers over 45 hectares in the DOCG Valdobbiadene area and 20 hectares in the DOCG Asolo-Nervesa area. It is cultivated organically, and the wines are vinified using organic techniques. Run by Filiberto Sacchetto alongside his son Paolo and daughter Beatrice, they oversee all aspects of the winemaking process with attention, passion and great flexibility. Their innovative vision and modern vinification techniques in their state-of-the-art winery result in this trio of stylish and characterful sparkling wines and a rich and beautifully balanced Pinot Grigio.
Prosecco di Valdobbiadene
Feudi di San Gregorio
One of the main protagonists in the renaissance of Southern Italian wines, Feudi di San Gregorio had carved out a reputation for making truly world-class wines in less than 30 years. The company began in the mid-1980s to safeguard local traditions and unlock the potential of key indigenous grapes such as Fiano, Greco, Falanghina and Aglianico. In 2021, Feudi di San Gregorio received the B Corporation (B Corp) certification, rewarding companies aiming to be a positive and regenerative force for the environment and the community. Feudi was also awarded the Equalitas certification the same year, officially recognising social, environmental and economic pillars of sustainability through biodiversity, carbon and water footprint and ecological cultivation practices. As a multi-award-winning producer for its outstanding wines, Feudi di San Gregorio also features in the 2021 Wine & Spirits Top 100 Wineries and in 2024, Feudi was awarded The Old Vine Hero Award for Research on ‘The Patriarchs’, a study and catalogue of century-old Aglianico vines from Taurasi.
