- A light yellow with a creamy bubbling and an elegant and persistent sparkling. The nose is fragrant and expressive, with fruity and floral notes that recall apples and white peaches. The flavours are lively and fresh, with a fine balance, perceptible elegance, and finesse. The ideal serving temperature for the wine is between 45° and 48° Fahrenheit (7°-9° centigrade)
An excellent example of the “traditional method” is sparkling wine from Franciacorta, Italy's best area for this style of bubbles. It has been made by the historical Antinori family, winemakers since 1385.
