EPC Champagne was established in 2019 by three friends, Jérôme Queige, Camille Gilardi and Édouard Roy. With a penchant for the epicurean lifestyle, this dynamic trio are committed to shaking up the traditional Champagne process. Working with select grower partners, each cuvée represents a specific terroir. Cellarmaster Richard Dailly works closely with EPC’s grower partners (all of whom practice sustainable viticulture or are transitioning to organic or biodynamic viticulture) to co-create the wines. By pooling his expertise with the growers’ often under-utilised equipment, EPC boosted both efficiency and excellence, resulting in champagnes of top quality and extremely good value.
