Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs 2015

Vinified in small-capacity, temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks. Aged at least 8
years in the cellars. Chief Winemaker Guillaume Roffian adapts dosage levels to each
champagne to enhance the flavours and aromas. The choice of reserve wine
is paramount and takes into consideration a whole range of factors, including the
proportion of cru wines, harvest year, grape varieties and vinification and ageing
methods, to preserve the intrinsic style of each cuvée.

Grand Cru Vintage Blanc de Blancs is a delicate, velvety golden Champagne enrobed
in gossamer-fine bubbles and myriad subtle, accomplished aromas. Initially
exuding citrus rind and liquorice notes, this Grand Cru Chardonnay flaunts a 
remarkable citrus fruit structure while intense and multi-layered. Utterly well-balanced,
bringing complexity and the promise of great longevity. Lively notes of juniper berries,
star anise and hawthorn, refreshing on the finish, with a moreish, minty freshness
