Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte Grand Cru Blanc de Noir 2015

Vinified in small-capacity, temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks. Aged at least 6
years in the cellars. Chief Winemaker Guillaume Roffian adapts dosage levels to each
champagne to enhance the flavours and aromas. The choice of reserve wine
is paramount and considers a whole range of factors, including the
proportion of cru wines, harvest year, grape varieties and vinification and ageing
methods, to preserve the intrinsic style of each cuvée.

Bronze-tinged, straw-yellow. Surprising mineral freshness from the first taste,
expressing the terroir in all its true glory. Appealing redcurrant, cranberry, and

raspberry notes caress the palate, paving the way for lemon verbena and Darjeeling tea. As
the wine gains in body, notes of hawthorn, brambles and cedar bark come to the fore.
In a surprising finishing touch, the intense wave of flavours subsides to show off its
refreshing, saline dimension. A glorious food wine.
