This cuvée plays homage to nature and the Grands Terroirs of the Montagne de Reims area and is the quintessence of the Champagne Palmer style, which is only produced in an exceptional vintage. The Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes were carefully hand-harvested, and vinification took place using the traditional method. This blend was bottleaged for six to eight years on the lees in the 18-metre-deep chalk cellars, which imbues the wine with incredible complexity. Dosage 6 - 7 g/l.

An intense, seductive and elegant vintage Champagne, with charming aromas of orange blossom layered with notes of yellow fruits, delicately spiced pineapple and tonka bean. Citrus tones, nuances of brioche envelop the creamy texture, and
dried fruits through to a deliciously long finish.
