Cellar master Xavier Berdin skilfully blends varieties, growths and reserve wines with harmony and passion until the perfect balance is reached: the epitome of the Palmer & Co. style. The grapes were carefully hand-harvested, and vinification took place using the traditional method. In the spirit of perpetual, true reserve wine, this Chardonnay-dominated blend comprised a high proportion of reserve wines, typically 30- 35%. This cuvée was bottle-aged for six on the lees in the 18-metre-deep chalk cellars, which imbues the wine with incredible complexity. The absence of dosage highlights the terroirs of the Montagne de Reims and results in a sensational aromatic profile.

Complex, precise, and pure, this shows beautiful mineral tension underpinned by notes of citrus fruits, chalk, and candied lemon, with delicate roasted notes. The finish is persistent and saline.
