- Sparkling Tea is a new innovative drinks category developed by the Danish award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba. VINTER draws from the tastes and moods of the cold months. The taste is elegant and long, clearly associated with winter spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, and clove, and balanced with citrus. It is perfect for the festive times of the winter season or the salty cheese platter.
The idea behind VINTER was to create a unique taste that fits the cold months and the many festive and cosy traditions of Winter. It starts with warm aromas of cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and raisins resulting from the Chai tea. These spicy characteristics are also found in the taste, where discrete notes of bergamot oil join them from the Earl Grey tea. This results in a smooth, elegant, round experience with an intense finish balanced by hints of citrus.
VINTER is perfect as an aperitif during the winter season, paired with sweets and desserts. It also pairs well with a salty cheese platter or more oriental dishes.
