- Pink pomegranate seed with purple reflections displaying fine bright perlage. Fresh, crispy, lively, and full of ripe cherry and berry flavours. Light body that is exceptionally smooth and satiny. Surprisingly dry with a long and satisfying finish.
Glera grapes are selected only from the best production areas in the DOC and DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene to be then vinified with partial cryomaceration and bottled every 40 days in isobaric mode, with very low doses of CO2 (4bar). Col de Salici produces wines only in the sparkling version: dry, Brut, Extra dry and Extra Brut, obtained exclusively from the Glera variety; our DOCGs are all vintage. Completing the line are two Prosecco DOCs for easier drinking and a Rose, made from Glera and Raboso del Piave grapes. With a production that does not deliberately exceed 700,000 bottles, we have always been a leader in the market of excellence. Our wines remain faithful to the motivations that have given rise to our adventure.

It carefully sources grapes from the region's best slopes and focuses on fully sparkling wines rather than still and frizzante versions. Produced in Crocetta del Montello, Col de’ Salici brand was born in 1997. The idea was to offer refined packaging and a production philosophy that required the best grapes and frequent bottling. Our Prosecco is always at its best regarding liveliness, freshness, and aromas. Glera grapes are selected from the best production areas of DOC and DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene, then vinified with partial cryomaceration and bottled every 40 days ( isobaric and low CO2). The production does not exceed 700k bottles, and we have always been a leader in the market of excellence. |
