  • It has a delicate pale pink hue and vibrant notes of juicy red berry fruit, peach, and nectarine. It is crisp and refreshing, with beautiful balance and a light, rounded finish.

The grapes were harvested during the cool of the night, carefully sorted and rapidly
cooled further to around 10°C for optimal maceration. Some juices were
macerated on the skins for an enhanced aromatic profile. Fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures between 14°C and 16°C, retaining the fruity characteristics.
The wine was aged on fine lees in stainless steel vats before being bottled during the
late winter to preserve the wine’s distinctive freshness.

A delicate pale pink hue with vibrant notes of juicy red berried fruit, peach and
nectarine. Crisp and refreshing, with beautiful balance and a light, rounded finish.

Provence is a land of lavender, garrigue and beautiful coastlines. The grapes for this
wine come from vineyards across the region, carefully selected to showcase the
essence of the IGP Méditerranée. This cuvée includes traditional Provençal varieties
meticulously cultivated with care and attention from partner growers.
The climate is Mediterranean, with the region enjoying 3,000 hours of sunshine a year
and the long, dry summers providing excellent harvesting conditions. The winds, such as
the Mistral, which punctuate the warm, dry southern French climate are a significant
factor in maintaining healthy vineyards. The geological diversity across the region
encompasses pockets of limestone soils, which impart elegance to the grapes.
