- Producer- Château De Berne
- It has a delicate pale pink hue and vibrant notes of juicy red berry fruit, peach, and nectarine. It is crisp and refreshing, with beautiful balance and a light, rounded finish.
The grapes were harvested during the cool of the night, carefully sorted and rapidly
cooled further to around 10°C for optimal maceration. Some juices were
macerated on the skins for an enhanced aromatic profile. Fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures between 14°C and 16°C, retaining the fruity characteristics.
The wine was aged on fine lees in stainless steel vats before being bottled during the
late winter to preserve the wine’s distinctive freshness.
