Chateau de Berne Inspiration Rose 2023

The grapes were harvested during the cool of the night, carefully sorted and rapidly
cooled further to around 10°C for optimal maceration. Fermentation occurred at
stringently controlled temperatures of between 14°C and 16°C within a protective
atmosphere to retain the freshness and fruity characteristics. The wine was aged on
fine lees with gentle stirring to impart delicate texture in stainless steel vats before
being bottled during the late winter to preserve the wine’s distinctively fresh style.

Classic pale pink, this refreshing rosé offers delicate aromas of ripe stone fruits and
captivating red berries. Crisp, with an elegant texture and a smooth finish underpinned
by subtle notes of the garrigue.
