- This delightful rosé wine presents a beautiful pink hue that captivates the eye. Upon nosing, one is greeted by the alluring scents of freshly picked strawberries and succulent raspberries, complemented by subtle floral undertones that add complexity. On the palate, the wine delivers a medley of vibrant berry flavours, evoking the sensation of biting into the ripe, juicy fruit. This experience is seamlessly rounded off with a crisp and elegantly refined finish that lingers pleasantly on the palate.
The colour was obtained through a short maceration of four to 12 hours, according to the variety. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks with the temperature controlled at 18°C to extract the maximum aromas. After racking and filtration, the wine was immediately bottled at the Chateau.
It is a lovely pink colour with fresh red berry aromas of strawberry and raspberry, enhanced with delicate floral notes. This is a fruity but serious rosé, echoing the bright berried fruit flavours on the palate to a crisp and elegant finish.

Winery | The vineyard is situated 15 kilometres south of Nîmes, near the village of Manuel, in the heart of the ‘Appellation d’Origine Protégée’ Costières de Nîmes. The average age of the vines is 25 years. The main characteristic of the vineyard is the soil, which is formed of ‘gress’, an accumulation of rounded pebbles deposited by the overflowing River Rhône thousands of years ago. These pebbles allow the vines to grow in the best possible conditions, and due to this natural soil filter, the vine’s roots can easily draw the necessary water for their growth. Strict canopy management is undertaken to provide the vines with just enough sun and shade to produce healthy and balanced fruit. The vines also benefit from the Mediterranean sunshine, which brings the grapes to perfect maturity and allows them to be picked at maximum phenolic maturity in early September. |
