- A delicate pale pink rosé with enticing aromas of fresh wild strawberries and hints of grapefruit. It is refreshing with a persistent finish, completed by subtle hints of nectarine. Simply delicious.
The two varieties were harvested at optimal maturity, and each variety's grapes were pressed and vinified separately. Cool fermentation took place at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts to preserve the purity of fruit flavours. The wines were then artfully blended to make this cuvée.

Winery | The vineyard is 15 kilometres south of Nîmes, near the village of Manduel, in the heart of the Costières de Nîmes. The average age of the vines is approximately 25 years. The main characteristic of the vineyard is the soil, which is formed of ‘gress’, an accumulation of rounded pebbles that the overflowing Rhône has deposited River thousands of years ago. These pebbles allow the vines to grow in the best possible conditions, and due to this natural soil filter, the vine’s roots can quickly draw the necessary water for their growth. The vines also benefit from the Mediterranean sunshine, which brings the grapes to perfect maturity and allows them to be picked at maximum phenolic maturity in early September. |
