- An exceptional Côtes du Rhône imbued with charm and finesse with notes of blackcurrant, truffle, liquorice and wild raspberry through to a long, satisfying finish.
The fruit was completely destemmed and vinified using traditional methods. Fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, encouraging the terroir's nuances to shine through.

| Winery | The Côtes du Rhône vineyards offer an extraordinary winemaking playground for those who like quality. The region combines old vines, magnificent terroirs, fairly low yields, and an outstanding climate. Although Louis constantly explores every avenue, he is a devotee of his two favourite wine areas: Vinsobres and the Villafranchian terraces of the Gard department, both of which are sources for this wine. The vines thrive in the soils, which are made up of limestone sand, red clay, and pebbles. |
