Montmirail provides complexity. Saint Cosme is exceptionally located at the crossing of two geological faults, which is rare, resulting in an extraordinary diversity of soils. The microclimate is cool and late ripening, which produces Gigondas that are both
powerful and refined simultaneously. The ancient know-how passed down through the generations, combined with the organic viticulture, allows these old vines to truly express this exceptional terroir.
