- Concentrated apricot, honeycomb, and floral aromas lead to an unctuous palate, full of peaches and honey balanced by a refreshing palate. This wonderful all-around dessert wine is great value for money and almost identical in style to its neighbors in Sauternes and Barsac.
The three varieties were vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the purity of the fruit. Ageing also took place in the tank to maintain freshness and the aromatic profile, lasting 12 months before blending occurred. The wine was then aged in a bottle for eight to 12 months before release.

Winery | The estate is cultivated sustainably, including biodiversity conservation, plant protection strategies, managed fertiliser use and water resource management. The vines are grown in alluvial soils, made up of a loose mixture of sediments, often comprised of sand, clay, silt and gravel and are nutrient-rich. The grapes are handpicked at different stages of maturity from the 40-year-old vines, where noble rot, or botrytis, was allowed to develop. |
