The grapes were harvested at optimum maturity, followed by skin contact and a cold stabilisation. Fermentation occurred in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by maturation in stainless steel, for five months. This wine was vinified with the utmost care, respecting the grape varieties, their aroma and flavour profiles and the wine's ultimate personality.
