- A smooth, fresh, and fragrant wine with aromas of cherry, blueberry, and wild berry notes. Velvety on the palate with an attractive spicy note on the finish.
The grapes were harvested at the desired level of maturity. Fermentation occurred with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 24 to 25°C. It lasted five days, followed by malolactic conversion, softening the palate. The wine was left to rest in a tank for six months before being bottled and made without any oak influence to express the purity of the fruit.
It is a smooth, fresh, fragrant wine with cherry, blueberry, and wild berry notes aromas. The palate is velvety, and the finish has an attractive spicy note.

Winery | The Dolcetto vines were planted between 2000 and 2007 on a south-easterly facing plot of 0.83 hectares. The vines are trained according to the Guyot method and yield a maximum of 90 quintals annually. The soils are partly marl-clay and partly sandstone marl. The different soil types within the same sub-zone create structural diversity, which is reflected in the characteristics of the wine. The vines are cultivated sustainably; Costa di Bussia holds the SQNPI certification, which governs phytosanitary processes and irrigation in the vineyard and the full traceability of the grapes used in the wine production to ensure compliance. |
