Deakin Estate's family-owned vineyards lie in the Murray Darling region of northwest Victoria, Australia. The majestic Murray River weaves across the land, bringing life to the region and the vineyards. The Artisan's Blend showcases skilful varietal blends from the Estate's vineyards. This is a fresh, fruity, textural white wine with ripe pear, tropical fruit flavours, and a hint of honey. Vegetarian and Vegan friendly, this wine is perfect for drinking alone or with grilled salmon, roast chicken, and creamy pasta. Chardonnay grape parcels were picked in excellent condition. To achieve a crisp, fresh style, yeasts that promoted aromatic characters were used during fermentation, and selected parcels underwent lees to build palate weight.
