- This is a light and refreshing white blend with floral blossom, tangy citrus notes, and a crisp finish with a hint of almond.
Each variety was vinified separately. The carefully sorted grapes were immediately pressed to retain the freshness. The juice was vinified with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16°C. The wine was carefully blended to ensure the perfect balance and matured for two months in stainless steel tanks, preserving the fruity characteristics.

Winery | The single vineyard 'Conversino' is situated in IGT Umbria, on gently sloping hillsides and flat terrain. The soils are clay-calcareous, which have good water retention properties to sustain the vines through the long, hot summers.
