- A refined and pure Chablis with pronounced citrus aromas, a light mineral character, and a characteristic saline note. A good weight on the palate leads to a long finish with a delicious hint of almond. Classic Chablis. Crisp, dry, and textured with a fresh, mouthwatering finish.
Traditional vinification techniques were used. The juice was fermented with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the primary flavours and characteristics of the terroir. The wine was kept on its fine lees to perfectly balance the fruit and a rounded texture. Unoaked in style, the wine was aged in stainless steel for eight to 12 months.
A fine example of quintessential Chablis, with a wonderful balance between vibrant citrus fruit and characteristic salty minerality. Crisp, dry and elegantly textured on the palate with a finish full of finesse.

Winery | The Chardonnay grapes come from the family’s estate vineyards in the heart of the Chablis appellation. The climate is continental, with cold winters allowing the vine to rest and the sap to descend and warm summers allowing the grapes to ripen. The yields are carefully controlled to ensure the highest fruit quality by concentrating the flavours in the grapes. The vineyards are managed using sustainable agriculture methods, reducing the use of chemicals to respect the land and its environment. Chemical weed killers are not used, and the vineyard is carefully cultivated to respect the biodiversity of the soil. The soils are predominantly Kimmeridgian, which comprise limestone and clay and a significant proportion of fossilised oyster shells. It is from this particular subsoil that the wines of Chablis draw their unique character, purity and minerality. |
