- The first aromatic impression was candied cherry and strawberry. But this was my first impression, and I did not return. Over the course of dinner, aromas of forest floor, soil, dry herbs, cranberry, and, incredibly, at one point, the scent of burning metal emerged. Also, a secondary layer of leather was nice. The acid is high, which makes it vibrant and easy to drink.
