It's an intense golden colour. An openly exotic, if still fresh, nose offers excellent, if not truly stunning, complexity on the dried fruit aromas, including mango, peach and apricot, and the hallmark floral scents. There is outstanding concentration, positively unctuous, to the big-bodied and overtly powerful flavours that possess terrific depth on the explosively long finale. This is impressive in every way, yet I wouldn't describe it as typical, and while this is going to last for years, I'm not convinced that it wouldn't be better to drink this now as it risks becoming heavy in time. In short, this is imposing if particular.
