- An elegant Pouilly Fuisse showing aromas of fresh mint, peach, and citrus that carry through to a fresh and mineral palate. A rich, complex, and well-balanced wine with remarkable vivacity on the finish.
The grapes were gently pressed in a pneumatic press and fermented with wild yeasts at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, to retain the purity of fruit and the nuances of the terroir. Racking, blending and estate bottling took place in September.
An elegant Pouilly Fuissé shows aromas of fresh mint, peach, and citrus that carry through to a fresh and mineral palate. It is a rich, complex, and well-balanced wine with remarkable vivacity on the finish.

| Winery | The vineyard is situated on east and southeast-facing slopes at an altitude of 250 to 300 metres above sea level. The 45-year-old vines are cordon-trained and grown in chalky limestone and heavy clay soils from the Jurassic period. Domaine Ferrand holds the HVE Level 3 certification, which officially recognises the environmental performance of winegrowers, including biodiversity conservation, plant protection strategies, managed fertiliser use and water resource management. |
