Winery | The soil consists of rolled pebbles and the vineyards are planted at a density of 3,800 vines per ha, with an average vine age of 80 years for the Grenache and 20 for the Chardonnay and Roussanne. Yields are 35 hl/ha. The vines are planted in an easterly direction, hence the wine name ‘Côté Est', which result in a cooler temperature for the grapes, protecting the acidity and fruit. |
