- White peach, crushed rocks, spice and brioche notes. A medium to full-bodied Chardonnay that has depth, layered texture and length.
Cool maceration on skin pre-fermentation, followed by pressing and racking. 30% is fermented in Burgundy 1 year old barrels, then aged for 3 months in barrel with the remainder in stainless steel at controlled temperatures of 17°c and aged on Viognier lees in tank.
White peach, crushed rocks, spice and brioche notes. A medium to full-bodied Chardonnay that has depth, layered texture and length.
