- Beautiful wine. It has a Classic Burgundian nose. The palate has this vanilla-spearmint character that I love in white Burgundy. It has a great acid backbone with some softness on the pale midpalate. Lovely purity, great line, and zip, but you can only drink so much freshly cut lawn lemon juice at some point.
