- An aromatic and mineral wine with flavours of peach, melon, and pear enveloped in a creamy texture and enlivened by a touch of elderflower. A rich and powerfully aromatic nose reminiscent of apricot, peach, and tropical melon leads to a creamy palate harmoniously balanced with a refreshing minerality.
The grapes were harvested at optimal maturity. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of between 16° to 18°C to preserve the varietal characteristics of the Greco variety. This was followed by four months of maturation on its lees, adding complexity and texture, which took place in stainless steel tanks.
A rich and powerfully aromatic nose reminiscent of apricot, peach, and tropical melon leads to a creamy palate harmoniously balanced with refreshing minerality.

Winery | The beautiful Feudi di San Gregorio vineyards are spread out over lush and gentle hills in Sorbo Serpico, approximately an hour from Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The soils are uniquely volcanic, sandstone, and marl. Each vineyard is closely monitored with a meteorological station, and combined with the technologies of the new state-of-the-art wine cellar, they ensure that each vintage comes as close to perfection as possible. The soil in the vineyard is predominantly chalky Tufo soil, which imparts wonderful elegance to the resulting wine. With the sustainable Equalitas certification, the vineyards are cultivated using ecological practices to maintain the equilibrium of the environment. Soil and fertilizer management strategies are employed, pesticides are not used, biodiversity is positively encouraged, and weeding does not occur between the rows of vines. |
