- The high aromatic intensity with initial hints of minerals, violets, and ripe red berries. Notes of Indian ink and subtle nuances of new oak, tobacco, and breadcrumbs. In the mouth, a silky attack, fresh with a velvety, full mouthfeel.
- A red wine made from 100% Garnacha, silky, with a purple color and bright sparkles. Fresh wine with complex floral and undergrowth aromas with light toasted notes from aging for 10 months in American oak barrels.
- Good velvety wine with a very balanced structure and acidity and a long finish. Wine is recommended to pair with cured cheeses, white meats, and legumes.

Floral aromas (azalea flowers, Russian-olive) and undergrowth (pine bark, fallen leaves, and crushed holly leaves), are very complex about the varietal aromas. It's aging in oak lends a light, toasted hints of tobacco and fine woods like walnut. Intense presence but with a smooth and silky sensation from the beginning. Although it has very fine tannin, this wine has a great backbone and energy (great capacity for bottle-aging). Fresh, long, and tasty finish.
Medium-high intensity of purple with cardinal trim, and bright sparkles. Colored and dense tears that denote just by sight its silkiness. Floral aromas (azalea flower and paradise tree) and undergrowth (pine bark, leaf litter, and broken holly leaf), are very complex in terms of varietal aromas. The barrel aging gives it light toasted notes, tobacco, and fine woods such as walnuts. Intense attack but with a silky sensation from the beginning. Despite having very fine tannin, it has structure and nerve (great capacity for aging in the bottle). Fresh, long, and tasty finish. Cured sheep and goat cheeses. White meats such as turkey and grilled chicken. Great with the grilled beef without sauces and with the legumes (chickpeas) and meat part of the Madrid stew.
