- It is pale yellow-green to the eye. It is intensely aromatic on the nose, with a great typicity of tropical fruits, such as pineapple, mango, and passion fruit. In the mouth, it has a perfect structure, fresh and elegant. 90% in stainless steel tanks for 14 days at 16°C. 10% of new French oak barrels remain in contact with fine lees for 6 months.
This is the original Norton property, where the winery is located. With a hundred years of continuous cultivation, it consists of 100 hectares, almost entirely planted 950m above sea level, with vines aged between 30 and 50. The terroir offers a combination of poor soils and cold air from the mountain, producing aromatic and concentrated white and red grapes, perfect for making powerful and elegant high-end wines. It excels in the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec varieties.

Winery | Perdriel is one of the vineyards owned by Bodega Norton and provides much of the raw material for the main range of wines. However, some of the best lots are set aside and vinified separately to express the Luján de Cuyo terroir very differently. These are complex, savoury, less fruit-driven, more mineral, and made in minimal quantities. |
