The Hamelin family has grown vines in Chablis for six generations, each adding to the holdings and developing the winemaking techniques. Although round and accessible, the wines from this 37-hectare domain are made in the traditional unoaked style and offer a refined, mineral expression of the district's Kimmeridgian soil.
