Only the very best pressings are used to make this wine. Brut is over 3 years old (3 times the legal minimum). The dosage is light to allow the wine to show its natural balance. A further 3 months of ageing follow disgorging and dosage.
Delicate and complex nose, full flavour with plenty of fruit in the mouth, good balance, and long length.
