- This vintage, a true culmination of our terroirs, stands out with a highly supple texture, as well as a finesse and elegance worthy of the greatest Champagnes.
The blend, exclusively from Chardonnay from the prestigious Côte des Blancs, is a careful marriage of old vines over 40 years old, the two oldest of which were planted in 1911 and 1913.
The Special Club is mainly composed of the terroir gems of Cramant Grand Cru (Le Bateau, Les Terres des Buissons, etc.), enriched by Chouilly Grand Cru (Montaigu), and enhanced with a touch of Cuis 1er Cru ( La Croix-Blanche) for a characteristic freshness, a true hallmark of Pierre Gimonnet & Fils's distinctive style.
