- Istrian malvasia cuvee and sauvignon blanc are lively and fresh, with abundant green peppers, elderberries, and tropical fruit aromas. With a medium body and balanced acidity, they are an excellent aperitif and a great accompaniment to asparagus and salads.
Valle is a wine that always exudes freshness!
It consists mainly of malvasia from Istria, with the addition of sauvignon blanc. This first variety gives the wine its body and texture, while the latter is responsible for its vibrancy, freshness and aromatic layering. The 2023 harvest gave the wine a pale to moderately golden colour. On the nose, the youth that the colour suggests is confirmed, and the intensity of the aroma is moderately high. Fragrant notes are complemented by aromas of ripe tropical fruits - bananas, mangoes, passion fruit, oranges and peaches. There is also a gentle herbal layer and a touch of wet stone, elaborating on the layering of aromas. In the mouth, it conquers with abundant but balanced freshness. It is medium-bodied with a pronounced character, and on the palate, everything that the nose has already sensed is confirmed, including the saltiness, almost the trademark of this wine. The finish is long.
