Following the scent, there is the anticipation of taste, and if you have chosen well, expect some flavours of dark cherry with undercurrents of earth and spice.

| Winery | Lethbridge Wines is a boutique producer specializing in highly terroir-driven wines from some of the best vineyards in Geelong, chosen after an exhaustive search in the mid-1990s. Owner-winemakers Ray Nadeson and Maree Collis started their careers as research scientists, then completed winemaking degrees before setting up Lethbridge. With total quantity capped at 3,000 cases, the focus is on quality and individuality, with a strong emphasis on capturing the local terroirs. Lethbridge has built up a cult following in Australia despite being rarely seen outside Melbourne, and we are honoured to get the only overseas allocation. |
